Course Conditions and Guidelines

Trust and Community

Our guidelines are built on trust. They are not strict rules, but principles of common sense, respect, and collaboration that help us provide the best educational experience. By joining our school, you also become part of a cultural association that shares values and goals.

Annual Membership Fee

Participation in courses requires becoming a member of the association by paying the Annual Membership Fee. This includes the Super Student Kit and is non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Prepaid Offers
We are confident in the quality of our courses and offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for new members. If you choose a prepaid plan and, after the first two lessons, decide the course is not for you, you will be refunded according to your chosen plan, minus a €25 administrative fee to cover organisational and material costs.
To use this guarantee, you must notify us in writing within seven days of the first lesson.

Flexible Monthly Plans
With the flexible monthly payment plan, you are free to stop the course at any time with no annual obligation. Fees already paid, including the membership fee, are non-refundable.
