 For questions 1–6, complete the second sentence so that it has a similar meaning to the first sentence, using the word given. Do not change the word given. You must use between two and five words, including the word given. Here is an example (0).

0 Simon now regrets doing a part-time course.
 WISHES
 Simon now wishes he hadn't done a part-time course.

1 The engine won't start if you don't press both buttons.
 UNLESS
 The engine won't start __________ both buttons.

2 We arrived in good time as we were afraid the coach might leave without us.
 CASE

3 You can use my laptop but I must have it back by ten o'clock.
 PROVIDED

4 If we don't start cooking now, the food won't be ready in time.

ELSE

5 Stop playing your drums at night, otherwise the neighbours will complain.
 KEEP

You MUST use the keyword, and you can't CHANGE the keyword. If the keyword is 'follow' you cannot write 'follows' or 'following'.

Make sure the nouns and verbs in your sentence 'agree' with each other.

Try to keep the same meaning from the first sentence.

Use the same words where possible.
